What is the delivery time?
For our customers in the Netherlands and Belgium we use a delivery time of 3 to 5 working days.
For our customers elsewhere in Europe we use a delivery time of 3 to 7 working days. For our customers elsewhere worldwide it takes 1 to 2 weeks before you receive your package.
What are the shipping costs?
The shipping costs for customers within the Netherlands are € 4.99. For shipping to other countries within Europe we charge € 11.99 shipping costs. Shipping to other countries worldwide costs € 25.00
How can I return an item?
If you would like to return an item, please contact us via the contact form. Returns are possible within 14 days of receipt of the item, provided the item is unused and undamaged. After receipt of the return you will receive the total amount of the order back. The costs for the return are for the customer.
How can I exchange an item?
If you would like to exchange an item, you must return the item and place a new order in the webshop.
In what ways can I pay?
With us you can pay with credit card, iDeal, Bancontact, PayPal, Sofortbanking / Directebanking.
Can I also pick up my order?
You can also collect the package from us for FREE. You can choose this option at checkout.
I have not received a confirmation email for my order, how is this possible?
It may be that your confirmation email has ended up in your unwanted mail / spam box. Is the mail not in there? Please contact us via the contact form.
What is the warranty period?
We at Frisian Modelcarshop always strive for 100% customer satisfaction. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you must report this to us within 5 working days after receipt of the item. This can be done via the contact form in the webshop or you can send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. We will immediately process your request to offer a suitable solution.
